REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hslrsonly@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Some items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**Refunds**
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
